Certus Card Group listed in Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026
Certus Card Group has been recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the fourth consecutive year, following previous listings achieved by Plastic Card Services in 2023 and 2024, and Certus Card Group in 2025.
The continued recognition reflects the strength of the company’s culture, leadership and employee experience during a significant period of change and transformation, including the merger of Plastic Card Services and Incodia to form Certus Card Group in 2025.
Producing millions of cards annually across gift, loyalty, membership, hotel, fuel and ID programmes, Certus provides complete end-to-end card manufacturing, personalisation, fulfilment and distribution services for brands across the UK and internationally.
The rankings are based heavily on employee feedback, with Certus scoring strongly across workplace wellbeing, trust and leadership. Employee survey responses included:
